Just wanted to drop you a note to say how much I appreciated the excellent work that you and your crew did with my lawn this past year.  The lawn looks great after 2 years of your efforts, especially as it was mown properly this summer.  Doug was terrific; friendly, reliable and helpful and really lovely to have around working on my lawn. The other gentlemen who sometimes came were also very nice.  All in all, I am pleased that I decided to hire you to take care of the lawn and wanted to thank you and your crew for such good work!
