With a new toddler grandchild I wanted to get rid of all chemicals in the lawn. Michael came promptly and explained what he would do. He also gave me a folder of information on what he would be doing and what I needed to do to keep up the lawn. Unlike the competition, he planned to do top-seeding in the spring and do the permanent reseeding in the late summer when the likelihood of success is highest. He came promptly and did the soil test and spread corn gluten. In early May he came and top seeded the weak area with compost etc. I must say it looks better than it ever has. He will continue with treatments through the summer and in late summer/early fall will reseed the whole area to hopefully get a permanent good lawn area.
